As a CareDriver, you are helping to ensure the well-being of kids in your community by enabling [equal access for all](/blog/transportation-trailblazers-video-supporting-vulnerable-student-populations/) to education and other beneficial activities that lead to lifetime success. “It’s uplifting to know I’m helping kids get to where they need to go, safely! Being a CareDriver has both financial and emotional rewards,” says one CareDriver.  Another shares: “You get a chance to see some kids over and over again, so you feel like you’re a part of their lives. The total Driver Fee HopSkipDrive CareDrivers earn for a ride is made up of a base fare plus additional payment for longer or more time-consuming trips.
