**Contact Safe Ride Support for In-the-Moment Ride Issues**

Think of Safe Ride Support as your go-to resource during a ride or for a ride starting soon. This team is available to assist with any immediate issues that may occur from pickup to drop-off. Safe Ride Support is available to help Ride Organizers, caregivers, riders, and CareDrivers.

Call Safe Ride Support at 844-467-7547 and select Option 1.

**Contact CareDriver Support for All Other Questions**

For questions and issues not directly related to a ride in progress, the CareDriver Support team is your dedicated point of contact. This team assists with administrative, payment, and general account inquiries.

**You can reach CareDriver Support through the following channels:**

- Chat: Available 8 a.m.–4 p.m. Pacific
- Email: driversupport@hopskipdrive.com
- Phone: Call 844-467-7547 and select Option 2, available 10 a.m.–2 p.m. Pacific
