How to Book a Ride

Open the Rider's Profile
Go to the Riders page in RideIQ and open the profile of the youth you want to book a ride for. Select "Create Ride Series" to begin.
Set the Schedule and Route
Select the days of the week, start and end dates, and choose your route type — Drop-off (one location) or Pickup (from one location).
Add Locations and Ride Details
Enter pickup and drop-off locations and times. Add any rider notes, tags for easy reporting, and link to a calendar if needed.
Save the Ride
Choose how to save: "Save Ride" for a one-way series, "Save and Add Return Ride" to quickly book the return trip, or "Save and Duplicate" to create a copy.
