What if I don't like the CareDriver I'm assigned? (mobile)
With our ride rating feature, you can give direct feedback about your ride experience. When leaving feedback, you can also request not to be matched to a CareDriver that you had a negative experience with. If you'd like to provide feedback about HopSkipDrive itself, please email email@example.com. Our support team will make sure your feedback is sent to the proper department and we'll do our best to resolve any issues you may be experiencing.
To do this, open our mobile app after your ride is complete and click "Leave Feedback"
If you don’t want the same CareDriver in the future, make sure to click the frowny face and "I prefer not to have this CareDriver again."
