How do I create a multi-stop ride? (mobile)
We call rides with multiple stops and pickups “multi-stop rides” and you can create them right from the app. Please keep in mind that all the riders must have at least one location in common. (They must either be picked up from the same place, dropped off at the same place, or both) To get started, click the blue “Schedule a Ride” button.
You can select to create a multi-stop ride for just your family or you can invite other to your ride and create a carpool. Let's create a ride for just our family. Select "Just my family".
After you select the type of ride you'd like you'll see the calendar where you can pick the date of your ride. Be sure the correct date is highlighted in orange.
Note: you must schedule your ride by 7:00pm the day before.
After you've set the date, you can scroll the hour and minute to set the time of your ride. Be sure you've selected the correct time of day, AM or PM. Then click the "Next" button.
Once the time is set, you'll be prompted to select your riders. You must have more than one rider in order to schedule a multi-stop ride.
Next you’ll have to decide if you want all the riders picked up at the same place and dropped off at different places, picked up at different places and dropped off at the same place, or picked up at the same place and dropped off at the same place. Put a checkmark next to the one you’d like and then click the blue “Next” button.
Choose the pickup location for the group. If you are scheduling a carpool ride, you’ll only add the group pickup or dropoff and your own child’s individual pickup or drop off.
Once the location is selected and all the notes you’d like are added, please click the blue “Next” button.
Next select the drop off location for "Cole".
Next set the drop off for "Britt".
Once you’ve added all the locations, select the order you’d like the riders to be picked up or dropped off.
The rider you select as “1st” will be picked up or dropped off first, depending on the kind of ride you scheduled. Click the blue “Next” button when everything looks right to you.
On the final booking page you’ll be able to review all your ride’s information. Click the “Estimated Fare” in orange to see a ride fare estimate. If the ride’s details look correct to you, click the “Book Ride” button.
As always we’ll begin looking for a CareDriver for your ride immediately. You’ll receive a text notification and email when you’ve been matched with one.
