How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, click “Login” in the app
Then click “Forgot”.
Enter the cell phone number associated with your HopSkipDrive account and press "Send".
The reset password link will be texted to you. Open the link by clicking on the "Tab to Download Preview" box. A new page will open in your device's default browser.
Once you've been redirected to the reset password page, please enter a password that meets the HopSkipDrive password requirements. There should be at least 8 characters, one capital letter and one number. Once you have entered your new password, verify it by entering it again in the box below. Then click the blue "Submit" button.
After you've reset your password you'll see this confirmation screen telling you to navigate back to the HopSkipDrive app.
Please make sure you find the HopSkipDrive app and open that to login with your new password. The screen above where you reset your password isn't the app.
When you make your way back to the HopSkipDrive app go to the login page and enter your email and new password.
If you'd like to edit your password while you are logged in just press the "Menu" button on the top left corner.
Then press "Profile"
When you've navigated to the profile page just click on the password field, enter your new password and then press "Save. There's no need to edit, change, or verify any of the other information on the page.
