Here’s what we look for in 
every candidate. - At least 21 years of age with a valid government-issued ID (including driver’s license, U.S. passport, or identification card)* - Caregiving experience with children, especially including kids with special needs, disabilities, or behavioral support requirements - Pass our comprehensive certification, including background check and fingerprinting - Smartphone with the HopSkipDrive app
