The program’s goal is to ensure every family feels supported, confident, and equipped to fully utilize the HopSkipDrive platform.
While HopSkipDrive connects riders to highly vetted CareDrivers who pass a rigorous 15-point certification process with fingerprint-based background checks, the Caregiver Great Start Program ensures that even the best technology is supported by a trust-building human connection.

The program involves a proactive personal call placed at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of the first ride. During this touchpoint, the support team provides immediate, personalized guidance on ride logistics and safety measures, such as HopSkipDrive’s two-factor ride verification mechanism, and instructs families on how to utilize the HopSkipDrive app for maximum peace of mind. The program actively engages all eligible caregivers for new riders from our client partners.
