The broker may make many promises, such as that it will be the same driver every day, but with three or four layers between this driver and the company you signed a contract with, how can you be sure the person behind the wheel is really safe, reliable, and able to care for your students? 

The broker manages the paperwork, but they often have zero relationship with the actual human being in the driver’s seat. They have never seen them, never spoken to them, and never assessed their judgment and empathy. Instead, the broker relies on a third-party service provider to do the vetting and accepts their word that it was done correctly.

This creates a risky blind spot for schools. How do you know if that service provider is actually vetting the way they say they are? You are left to just hope they secured every document and followed every checklist properly. There is also a real concern regarding the integrity of the process. When a broker relies on layers of third parties, there is no way to verify that the person behind the wheel has been held to the standards you expect.

Every transportation provider promises to uphold your requirements and manage rigorous vetting.
