New Year's Day | January 1st | Your usual weekly payment processing may be delayed by one day due to bank closures. HopSkipDrive is closed and there will be no rides. |
Martin Luther King Jr. Day | January 20th | Your usual weekly payment processing may be delayed by one day due to bank closures. HopSkipDrive is closed and there will be no rides. |
Presidents' Day | February 17th | Your usual weekly payment processing may be delayed by one day due to bank closures. HopSkipDrive offices will be closed. The Safe Ride Support team will be available to assist with scheduled rides. |
Memorial Day | May 26th | Your usual weekly payment processing may be delayed by one day due to bank closures. HopSkipDrive is closed and there will be no rides. |
Juneteenth | June 19th | Your usual weekly payment processing may be delayed by one day due to bank closures. HopSkipDrive offices will be closed. The Safe Ride Support team will be available to assist with scheduled rides. |
Independence Day | July 4th | Your usual weekly payment processing may be delayed by one day due to bank closures. HopSkipDrive offices will be closed and there will be no rides. |
Labor Day | September 1st | Your usual weekly payment processing may be delayed by one day due to bank closures. HopSkipDrive is closed and there will be no rides. |
Thanksgiving | November 27th-28th | On Thursday, November 27th, HopSkipDrive offices will be closed and there will be no rides. On Friday, November 28th, HopSkipDrive offices will be closed, but rides will not be interrupted. The Safe Ride Support team will still be available to assist with any issues during a ride. Because November 27th is a bank holiday, your usual weekly payment processing may be delayed by one day due to bank closures. |
Christmas and New Year's Day | December 25th, 2025 - January 1st, 2026 | HopSkipDrive offices will be closed. However, the Safe Ride Support team will be available to assist with scheduled rides. Since December 25th and January 1st are bank holidays, your usual weekly payment processing may be delayed by one day due to bank closures. |
