Favorite Moment on the Road?
In my four years driving for HSD, there isn’t a favorite moment or experience I can recount, but I enjoy when kids sit in the front seat and make small talk with me. I understand riding with a stranger can be scary for some kids, so it makes me more comfortable and enjoy the ride more.
What’s your favorite thing about being a CareDriver?
The best thing about being a CareDriver is the ability to get stuff done and even explore a little in between rides. As a single mother and full-time student, finding time to clean, cook, run errands, get my kid to-and-from school and earn a living is almost impossible but I can make time in between rides to do my personal duties.
What do you do in your spare time?
In my spare time, I like to practice my standup comedy after rides. I also enjoy being near water, any way I can be. I recently picked up a love for cooking as well!
