Enhanced Rider management
It’s our goal to craft a solution that delivers on our client’s needs. That’s why we’ve implemented a new feature that enables the deactivation and reactivation of Riders right within RideIQ.
Deactivating Riders offers a cleaner in-site experience, so trip organizers can quickly deactivate Riders and their rides — and reactivate Riders as needed.
One-click rider deactivation lets you remove riders from all upcoming Rides, reducing manual editing issues that may occur otherwise.
Scalable ride creation
You’ve asked for it, and now it’s here! Duplicating rides and Ride Series within RideIQ is now available for all of our clients. This highly requested addition reduces data entry by up to 44% when creating a new ride or Ride Series by making it easier to book rides quickly.
With this new feature, you can:
- Turn a morning (AM) ride into an evening (PM) ride in less than a minute.
- Duplicate a ride or Ride Series for riders with similar transportation needs.
