HopSkipDrive launches in Milwaukee, Wisconsin!

HopSkipDrive is launching service in Milwaukee! In this new market, we are partnering with Milwaukee Public Schools, the largest school district in Wisconsin.
HopSkipDrive is trusted nationwide as a solution to simplify specialized transportation for students with IEPs, McKinney-Vento students who are experiencing homelessness, and youth in foster care, as well as students with transportation needs that may not fit neatly into a bus routing plan. Schools report reduced transportation costs, shortened student commute times and improved educational outcomes with HopSkipDrive.

Prioritizing Safety with Unmatched Industry Standards
HopSkipDrive’s unique transportation solution combines sophisticated technology with deep operational expertise to ensure ride safety. Its meticulous approach begins with highly vetted caregivers behind the wheel (“CareDrivers”) and extends to every aspect of the company’s operations.
Every CareDriver has at least five years of caregiving experience and must pass a rigorous 15-point certification process, including fingerprinting, background checks, driving record checks and an in-person meeting and orientation. CareDrivers who drive on the HopSkipDrive platform in Milwaukee must use a four-door vehicle newer than 13 years old, and vehicles must pass an inspection by a certified mechanic annually.
Ride Organizers can book and track rides from start to finish through the HopSkipDrive platform, also receiving live notifications for each stage of the ride. In addition, HopSkipDrive’s Safe Ride Support system tracks every ride in real-time, addressing any issues as they occur and maintaining direct communication with Ride Organizers and drivers.
