What’s new in RideIQ: Easier than ever to use on mobile

RideIQ has grown and improved significantly this year. Since it was launched as the primary application for clients, we’ve rolled out improvements to features like the Rider intake process. In addition, we’ve worked tirelessly to upgrade the client experience to make clients’ lives easier through features like duplicating rides, which reduces data entry up to 44% when booking return rides.
We’re excited to announce the next change: A more responsive version of RideIQ for mobile.
After talking with countless schools and district partners, it became clear that those who manage the school car line often wondered:
• How many rides should I expect this morning?
• What is the status of the ride at this time?
• A Rider didn’t show up. Was the ride canceled?
Our technology can answer all of these questions.
Now, RideIQ users — including school staff —can log in to RideIQ through the browser on their mobile device, where they'll find a cleaner view of the site that will enable them to quickly get answers to these questions and more.
As a current client of HopSkipDrive, you can log in on your mobile device by going to www.rideiq.hopskipdrive.com. There, you can view the new upgraded mobile view of the RideIQ platform.
